Description
SYJ_7 is one kind of high molecule weight polymer mixed with some assistant materials. In cement slurry ,be able to effectively adsorption in cement particle surface,change the surface of cement particles physical and chemical properties,form a kind of cement particles in the aggregate net for node,in particle surface covered the density of macroscopic throats forming quickly filter cake,thus effectively reduce water loss of mud filter.With the agent of the preparation of the slurry have fall filter lost, and leakproof, prevent channeling and other functions,cooperate with the corresponding adjustment of the agent,can make water mud to meet the requirements of the cementing operation index.
SYJ_7 can be applied to API oil_well cement. And it can only be used by wet mixing process. Mixed with density adjustor, such as microsphere, bentonite, flyash, ilmenite, barite, it could mixed into slurry with different density,Match should be fresh water or seawater slurry water, sea water use should be appropriately enlarging the added amount of friction reduction agent.It is suggested that SYJ-7 can be used with retarder SYH-1, SYH-3, etc
